• End-to-end management and strategic development of enterprise accounts • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing business models, processes, and billing structures — with a clear focus on delivering real customer value • Develop and implement tailored account strategies across business units, legal entities and regions • Trusted advisor at C‑level — with expertise in subscription models, compliance (ViDA, GoBD, GDPR, BaFin) and digital monetization • Close collaboration with product management and engineering to translate customer requirements into product innovations • Coordinate complex implementation projects and early-adopter programs • Stakeholder management in layered and sensitive organizational structures — from champions to decision makers
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise account management at B2B SaaS companies — ideally in billing, ERP or fintech • Deep understanding of subscription business models, revenue management and digital value creation • Proven track record of growing strategic major accounts and managing complex, consultative sales processes • Empathy, strong analytical skills and credibility at C‑level • Experience with SPIN Selling, stakeholder mapping and agile methodologies • Fluent in German and English, willingness to travel within Europe
