📋 Description
• Build relationships with superintendents, principals, and district leaders • Lead consultative conversations around teacher & leader evaluation systems • Manage a pipeline from first conversation through signed partnership • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to education leaders • Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as a District-level instructional leader (including HR or evaluation systems) • Direct experience with teacher and leader evaluation systems (Marzano, Danielson, etc.) • Experience leading or supporting instructional improvement initiatives • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
