📋 Description

• Take full ownership of marketing and build it from the ground up • Work closely with the executive team, Product Management, and Sales • Create marketing content independently and report directly to the Managing Director • Develop Insurgo’s positioning and core messaging • Understand the day-to-day work of insurance brokers and translate it into market-oriented language • Write website copy, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, and LinkedIn content independently • Increase Insurgo’s visibility on Google and in AI systems such as ChatGPT and Claude • Expand the inbound channel and generate qualified sales leads • Clearly communicate the value of the software and the subscriptions it replaces for brokerage firms • Lead with value rather than discounts • Brief and manage agencies and freelancers, and hold them accountable for results

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or with another complex, consultative product • Experience developing market positioning • Excellent German at a native-speaker level • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing, as well as how to improve content discoverability in AI systems • Self-organized, results-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality • Experience managing agencies or freelancers • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus • Residence in Germany • Existing work authorization • Willingness to submit a self-authored work sample and answer a website analysis question • Please provide your salary expectations and earliest possible start date
