📋 Description

• Proactively source ServiceNow professionals across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications • Build pipelines for: ServiceNow Developers, Solution / Platform Architects, Business Solution Consultants, Project Managers • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, ServiceNow community networks, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate: ServiceNow certifications and implementation lifecycle experience, Consulting and client-facing background • Document screening notes and provide structured candidate summaries • Assess alignment with project requirements and consulting delivery expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on ServiceNow talent • 2+ years experience sourcing cleared candidates (TS/SCI) and/or supporting federal contract hiring environments • Experience conducting technical and behavioral phone screenings • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and certification paths • Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments • Experience sourcing cleared candidates or working within federal hiring environments • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
