📋 Description

• Lead and deliver projects related to the development of new business and insurance contracts • Manage enhancements, compliance, and system enhancements • Ensure ongoing activities are in line with policies and regulations • Collaborate with billing management to resolve claim issues • Monitor configuration-driven performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to interpret insurance contract pricing tables • Capable of translating standard business requirements into functional requirements • Collaborate with system vendors, IT, and integration teams • Assess financial impact of configuration decisions and errors • Manage major system configuration projects • Monitor payer, regulatory, and coding updates • Perform quality review of completed configurations • Identify areas of improvement in existing work processes
