📋 Description

• Responsible for the continuous development of the in-house Leadbase lead-matching software for automated customer acquisition • Ensure smooth development progress and correct prioritization for developers • Independently design new features • Gather requirements from business units and users and translate them into clear work packages such as tickets and mockups • Test new features for functionality and quality • Support the release process and be responsible for go-live • Act as the interface between IT, business units and external service providers to ensure transparent communication • Regularly inform stakeholders about development status • Identify, design and implement AI applications — from the initial idea to production • Maintain the backlog and continuously prioritize tickets within the tech team • Implement smaller improvements independently from requirements gathering to go-live • Establish regular communication formats such as status updates and release notes • Own larger Leadbase features or product initiatives from conception to rollout • Identify AI use cases and implement process optimizations • Help shape product strategy for Lead Matching and adjacent modules such as Dialer, Multi-Channel and Partner API • Successfully bring strategic initiatives and at least one AI solution into production • Serve as the central point of contact for product questions related to the Leadbase

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment • Ideally experience in a SaaS or tech company • Strong technical understanding • Initial exposure to artificial intelligence or a strong interest in practical AI solutions for the enterprise context • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities • Structured and proactive working style • Confident and clear communication, including on technical topics and with diverse stakeholders • Enthusiasm for data-driven digital products • Drive to actively move things forward and implement sustainable improvements
