📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for the feature realization process: from idea to go-live • Prioritize the backlog based on business goals, user feedback & technical feasibility • Maintain & structure the backlog, including acceptance criteria & estimates • Roadmap development and quarterly planning • Organize & facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups • Communicate & align with all stakeholders – internal & external • Participate in user feedback sessions & sales meetings and translate findings into stories & epics • Define and continuously improve relevant product KPIs • Work closely with UX Research, Engineering and the CPO

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile tech environment • Familiarity with product development processes (Scrum/Kanban) • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Good understanding of technical concepts & user-centric product design • Experience with product metrics and data-driven prioritization • Experience using tools such as Jira, GitLab or Figma
