• Shape how systems, data, and programs scale to support a high-growth, mission-driven company • Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business needs into efficient HR solutions • Own and evolve the HR tech stack, ensuring systems support growth and enable data-driven decision-making • Oversee HR data quality, reporting, and analytics to deliver actionable insights across the business • Oversee payroll and benefits administration across the US and Canada with accuracy and consistency • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements • Improve documentation, accessibility, and clarity of HR policies and processes for all employees • Manage and optimize relationships with HR vendors to ensure high-quality service
• 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment • Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions (US and Canada preferred) • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus) • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges • Experience working with HR data, reporting, and maintaining high standards of data quality • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, translating insights into actionable recommendations • Experience leading and mentoring remote teams, with the ability to build trust and accountability • Comfort working in a fully remote environment and collaborating across distributed teams • Understanding of HR compliance, risk management, and operational best practices • Exposure to vendor management and building integrated systems across tools and platforms • A passion for building systems and processes that support a mission-driven organization • Qualities that will help you succeed include a high level of ownership, curiosity about new technologies, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
