📋 Description

• Administer all aspects of employee benefits programs • Perform benefits administration and claims resolution • Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits • Prepare communication materials for open enrollment • Manage employee leaves of absence according to company policies • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and prepare required benefits notices • Build and maintain relationships with benefits providers • Perform other related HR duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required • SHRM-CP or PHR certifications preferred • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) a plus • 5+ years’ experience in benefits administration or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Above average skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and HRIS/benefits administration software
