• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required). • 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry. • Experience in hospital‑based HR operations, including employee experience and workforce engagement initiatives. • Demonstrated expertise in workforce engagement and employee experience data and methodology. • Experience leading large-scale process improvement and implementation initiatives. • Direct experience with healthcare consulting implementation strategies. • Strong project management experience. • Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analysis. • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to travel up to 75%.
