• Manag ing onboarding timelines and set ting clear expectations with clients from the start • Lead ing client kickoff calls, gathering key information and aligning on goals and strategy • Coordinat ing with cross-functional teams to ensure each step of the setup process runs smoothly • Track ing onboarding and setup progress, proactively resolving any roadblocks or delays • Oversee ing campaign launches to ensure they are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing • Strong client-facing communication skills and timeline management • Proficient in HubSpot and experienced with campaign setup and QA • Ability to work across departments and keep projects on track • Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive mindset • Multifamily industry knowledge is preferred
