📋 Description

• Recruit Philippines-based talent for roles supporting U.S. operations, including U.S.-aligned schedules • Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring-process documentation • Advise on local sourcing channels, candidate expectations, market conditions, compensation competitiveness, notice periods, and scheduling challenges • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and support consistent, equitable selection processes and timely candidate follow-up • Support Philippine onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, records, and employee inquiries • Coordinate administrative matters with Remote, the employer of record, including case tracking, documentation, and follow-through • Provide Philippine employment and workplace context and escalate compliance, legal, employee-relations, payroll, and policy decisions • Maintain confidential and accurate records in BambooHR and other authorized systems • Provide administrative support for U.S. HR workflows, including onboarding coordination, HRIS updates, documentation, reporting, and employee communications • Cross-train for coverage during PTO, absences, and workload spikes • Maintain process documentation, checklists, and handoff notes • Contribute Philippine perspective to company-wide policies, communications, and employee programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated recruitment experience for Philippines-based roles supporting U.S. companies, U.S. clients, or U.S.-aligned operations • Working knowledge of Philippine employment practices, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes • Experience coordinating interviews and candidates across PH and U.S. time zones • Strong written and spoken English • Sound judgment, discretion, organization, and follow-through • Ability to balance recruiting priorities with generalist HR support in a remote, cross-cultural environment • Comfort using applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools • Ability to work a U.S.-aligned/night-shift schedule in the Metro Manila/Luzon, Philippines area
