📋 Description

• Help maximize utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems • Work with the da Vinci® Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales plan tailored to the local market • Become a da Vinci® Surgery expert across primary operating-room procedures • Assist in developing surgical teams • Work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to integrate da Vinci® systems at new customer sites • Develop surgery plans for each surgical team to support independent technology use • Drive system utilization by collaborating with surgical teams • Expand the user base by developing qualified lead funnels with hospital staff and thought leaders • Conduct formal presentations, informal events and get-togethers • Convert high-potential leads and drive training activities • Drive sales of instruments and accessories through product introductions and solution selling • Manage sales and procedure reporting, sales-activity reporting and expense reports • Lead surgical-team training on system operations, operating-room integration and da Vinci® applications • Provide guidance and insight on use of the da Vinci® Surgical System

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience • 2 or more years of healthcare sales experience • Proven track record in sales, achievement and leadership • Excellent interpersonal skills • Persuasive communication skills • Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred • Candidates may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing and/or a Technology Control Plan, where applicable
