📋 Description

• Structure functional analyses, process mappings and documentation, ensuring a deep technical understanding of the client's business. • Implement advanced system configurations, ensuring compliance with business rules, integrations and operational standards. • Coordinate follow-up meetings, guiding critical project phases, analyzing risks and ensuring progress according to the project schedule. • Support clients with training and technical guidance, strengthening functional proficiency and ensuring quality in solution adoption. • Validate integrated test cases and the results of technical deliverables, guaranteeing full adherence to the gathered requirements. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, serving as a technical reference and sharing knowledge among analysts and other consultants. • Propose adjustments, optimizations and strategic solutions to evolve implemented processes and workflows. • Design approaches for conducting negotiations in critical situations, ensuring technical soundness and client satisfaction. • Support commercial and strategic meetings, prioritizing excellence in client relationships and experience. • Consolidate technical information and essential documentation to ensure clarity, traceability and governance throughout the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field. • Experience with ERP systems. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is desirable. • Knowledge of finance, contracts and tax business rules. • ERP implementation experience – advanced level. • Advanced knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1). • Knowledge of financial processes, procurement, sales and accounting. • Knowledge of Add-ons (Bank and Fiscal) is desirable.
