• Support the management of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring organization, monitoring and quality of deliveries; • Conduct ceremonies and regular routines with teams (1:1s, alignments, checkpoints); • Act as the point of contact for clients on projects under your responsibility; • Identify risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement in delivery; • Monitor indicators and support decision-making; • Work closely with the Delivery Manager on prioritization and direction of initiatives; • Lead smaller projects or workstreams with supervised autonomy.
• Previous experience managing or supporting projects (preferably in technology); • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients; • Organized and able to handle multiple demands; • Understanding of technology environments (no coding required, but must understand the context); • Experience with agile methodologies.
