📋 Description

• Develops and maintains the customer-base segmentation model, defining classification criteria and producing inputs so commercial teams can prioritize portfolios, tailor approaches, and maximize conversion and revenue. • Designs and operates the commercial account-allocation process, defining the logic for distributing accounts across teams and channels to ensure efficient coverage and reduce overlaps. • Leads intelligence and market-sizing analyses; responsible for leading product pricing initiatives, providing input for price positioning, packaging structure, and commercial policies to the Executive Board and Product team. • Coordinates the commercial planning cycle (budget, forecast, and periodic reviews), ensuring integrated visibility of targets, variances, and corrective actions for leadership. • Delivers dashboards and executive commercial-performance reports, monitoring KPIs for acquisition, cross-sell, churn, and revenue, creating the analytical layer that guides strategic reviews. • Leads and develops the team of BI and planning analysts, building a best-in-class commercial intelligence team aligned with SPE's growth agenda.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years in commercial intelligence, planning, or B2B analytics, with proven experience in at least two of the following areas: market segmentation, account allocation (carteirização), pricing, or revenue planning. • At least 2 years in a team leadership role. • Experience in financial services, mobility, fintechs, or B2B technology companies is a plus. • Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred. • Certifications in BI tools, people management, pricing strategy, or market analysis (desirable but not required). • Knowledge of commercial planning; market segmentation and account-allocation methodologies; principles of pricing and elasticity analysis; applied business statistics; and B2B market dynamics. • Experience with BI tools, SQL, and data modeling; knowledge of payment products, fleet, or mobility solutions is desirable.
