📋 Description

• Take ownership of product features end-to-end • Build scalable systems • Design intuitive interfaces • Deliver impactful solutions that drive real user value • Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data Science • Build features used by top-tier customers • Work across the stack with Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL • Apply modern tools and best practices • Solve meaningful product challenges • Ship products at scale • Manage features from architecture through deployment and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling user-facing applications • Proficient in Python and Django for backend development • Advanced experience with React and TypeScript for frontend features • Strong API design skills • Experience working with JSON and PostgreSQL • Ability to own full product features from architecture to deployment and monitoring • Strong English communication skills • Minimum B2 level English proficiency • Send your application and CV in English (mandatory) • Based in Latin America • Familiarity with CRM systems and/or Snowflake • Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor • Proactive and self-motivated • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Commitment to continuous learning
