• Thoroughly review user profiles, ensuring they meet the platform’s security criteria and rules • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to approval processes • Participate, whenever possible, in meetings for strategic alignment and discussions on process optimization • Maintain daily communication and updates with the team to support continuous improvement • Keep the team informed through daily reports and spreadsheets containing accurate information
