📋 Description

• Independently lead IT projects from a technical and organizational perspective throughout their entire lifecycle • Conduct on-site assessments and plan, implement, and successfully complete projects • Manage multiple projects in parallel, including resource planning, project controlling, and budget responsibility • Work closely with internal specialist teams and delegate tasks in a targeted manner • Prepare effort estimates and conduct technical feasibility assessments • Create project plans, technical documentation, and presentations • Serve as the primary project contact for customers, including C-level stakeholders • Manage escalations • Actively contribute to technical implementation and the continuous development of standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects or subprojects, ideally in a systems integrator or IT services environment • Demonstrated success independently managing and delivering IT projects, including budget responsibility • Solid hands-on experience in IT support / second-level support and practical project implementation • Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, including Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and identity and collaboration solutions • Practical experience with cloud solutions and modern IT architectures • Knowledge of networking and IT security is an advantage • Excellent communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and a highly independent working style • Proficiency with ticketing systems and project management tools
