📋 Description

• Conduct due diligence for potential partnership, acquisition, licensing, and investment opportunities • Develop data-driven business cases for strategic investment and business decisions • Support high-level financial analyses and assumptions used in financial models • Support hiring managers and business leaders during negotiations and deal-closing activities • Contribute to expansion of the COA portfolio through strategic partnerships and acquisitions • Support content development enabling commercialization of the COA portfolio • Assist with processes supporting the micro-transactions strategy • Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal on deal execution • Analyze information and provide insights for strategic recommendations • Contribute to innovation and integration initiatives within PCS • Support operational activities associated with active and prospective opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, or related fields • Advanced business English proficiency • Experience supporting negotiations and stakeholder discussions • Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives • Experience within Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) preferred • Experience supporting portfolio expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, or integration activities preferred • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, consulting, technology, or other relevant industries preferred • Knowledge of clinical research and clinical development environments preferred • Experience working in global and cross-functional organizations preferred • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
