📋 Description

• Drive the development and evolution of continuous delivery processes, promoting predictability, operational efficiency, and execution excellence across engineering teams • Implement and improve agile practices, ensuring their effective adoption by development teams and partner functions • Define, monitor, and analyze flow and delivery metrics, such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, capacity, predictability, rework, and DORA metrics • Lead team capacity planning, supporting data-driven delivery forecasts based on historical data and forecasting models • Build dashboards and management reports to monitor team performance and delivery flow • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities • Promote the adoption of best practices in flow management, collaboration, and governance within software engineering environments • Support the development of processes that comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring traceability, auditability, and segregation of duties in an environment handling sensitive data

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience implementing and evolving agile practices within software engineering teams, going beyond facilitating ceremonies • Proven experience creating, analyzing, and managing flow and delivery metrics, including lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, capacity, predictability, and rework • Practical knowledge of DORA metrics and their application to improve organizational performance • Experience with capacity planning and delivery forecasting based on historical data • Knowledge of probabilistic forecasting techniques and metrics-driven management • Experience defining and monitoring performance indicators focused on the team and delivery system, rather than individual productivity metrics • Experience managing and facilitating distributed teams in remote, in-office, or hybrid models • Experience with work management and flow-tracking tools, such as Jira or Azure Boards • Ability to build dashboards and generate insights for data-driven decision-making • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to exchange information clearly through different communication and influence channels when working with leaders, business functions, and technical teams • Kanban certification or advanced knowledge (KMP or equivalent) is a plus • Experience in regulated environments, especially in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or similar sectors, is a plus • Experience in organizations subject to traceability, auditability, and segregation-of-duties requirements is a plus • Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), sensitive data protection, and process governance is a plus • Experience structuring continuous delivery models and leading agile transformation in medium-sized and large organizations is a plus
