📋 Description
• Interpret clinical trial protocols to create and execute effective clinical trial supply chain solutions • Create master English label text in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks • Create and maintain demand forecasts and packaging plans • Initiate packaging campaigns with assigned vendors and oversee on-time delivery • Set up, monitor, and update study-assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems • Create distribution plans and oversee assigned vendors • Track project budgets and ensure efficient execution within client-approved quotations • Maintain full compliance with assigned training and apply learnings in daily practice • Stay current with applicable GxP and regulatory requirements • Lead client and vendor meetings regarding clinical supply chain topics and status updates • Create temperature excursion management plans • Conduct regular risk management assessments and execute appropriate mitigations
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2–3 years of related industry experience in Clinical Trials • 2–3 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management • Advanced English level • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to demonstrate good project management skills • Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
