📋 Description
• Partner with Clinical Project Managers and Project Leaders to support the successful delivery of global clinical trials • Maintain project plans, study timelines, milestones, and performance dashboards • Lead project risk and issue management activities, driving mitigation strategies and process improvements • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgets, invoicing, reconciliation, and change order processes • Support vendor oversight, resource planning, and project governance activities • Drive TMF/eTMF quality and compliance, supporting audits, inspections, and training requirements • Prepare project reports, presentations, and key operational insights to support decision-making • Mentor junior PMAs and contribute to initiatives that enhance project management best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, project management, or a related field • Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and applicable local regulations • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience working within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment preferred • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools preferred • Experience with eTMF, CTMS, financial systems, and clinical trial technologies preferred • Experience supporting global and cross-functional teams preferred • Resume must be submitted in English
