The brand markets at-home wearable hardware (helmets, caps) and topical formulas, emphasizes clinical studies and doctor endorsements, offers online quizzes, bundles, a warranty/return program, and sells primarily through its eCommerce storefront and marketplaces.

📋 Description

• Support weekly EOH (end-on-hand) and sell-through updates and Slack channel announcements • Spot-check planning file formulas, catch errors, and flag stock-out risk and reorder points • Support monthly/quarterly forecast reviews, new SKU setup, and syncing approved marketing promos • Track order ETAs and align timelines across teams • Serve as day-to-day contact for the global supplier network, place orders, and confirm delivery dates • Track ClickUp tasks and ERP “Fulfil” purchase orders • Coordinate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders and domestic carriers • Manage purchase order and shipping processes • Manage vendor invoices and payment requests • Partner with internal departments to drive task completion and maintain production-timeline alignment • Keep purchase-order and shipping status updated for cross-team visibility • Evaluate workflows and improve standard operating procedures with Loom walkthroughs • Assist leadership and the Operations team with ad-hoc projects, administrative needs, and new business initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or data-heavy operational roles within a fast-paced e-commerce environment • Advanced spreadsheet skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Highly comfortable managing large data sets, analyzing complex data and formulas, and maintaining data integrity • Experience coordinating with domestic and/or international suppliers/vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PLs • Knowledge of project-management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, and Monday.com • Knowledge of IMS/WMS/ERP tools such as Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, and Sage • Process-first mindset; ability to follow and improve SOPs • Strong administrative skills and proven reconciliation capabilities for inventory discrepancies and procurement issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners • Ability to coordinate with domestic/international suppliers, freight forwarders, international shipping, and logistical challenges • Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and alignment across leadership teams • Bonus: experience using AI tools such as Claude or Viktor to build spreadsheet formulas, simple automations, or documentation
