📋 Description

• Investigate operational report discrepancies through deep-dive root-cause analysis across Purchase Order, Build, Inbound vs. Outbound, and Item Receipt validations. • Monitor error logs and maintain daily audit tracking in Asana. • Log daily summaries covering unresolved error counts, absolute error rates, investigative findings, root causes, and blockers. • Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors, including false positives and false negatives. • Collaborate with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long-term fixes. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating complex data issues to their root cause. • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and Asana. • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to communicating findings and blockers. • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.
