• Manage operations for TaskUs outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience programs • Support clients in representing, protecting, and growing their brands • Handle operational challenges in a fast-moving BPO environment • Drive consistency and operational performance across assigned programs • Partner with internal departments and support a People First culture
