🎯 Requirements
• Direct-to-consumer E-COMMERCE and PAID MEDIA/ADVERTISING experience • Managed $1M+/month on Meta, profitably • Experience with performance creative, audience structure, and attribution • Ability to spot gaps, diagnose, and fix problems • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms • Proficiency in MTA/MMM-driven performance analysis
