• Own regional sales performance, revenue attainment, and execution against corporate objectives. • Partner with the Area Vice President to develop and execute the regional sales strategy and operating plan. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales leaders and Territory Managers. • Establish clear sales priorities, execution standards, and accountability across the region. • Set, track, and manage key performance indicators to ensure consistent results and timely course correction. • Build and sustain high-performing sales teams through disciplined hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. • Collaborate with the SHSD & Commercial Partnerships team to drive integrated account strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Experience in sales leadership roles within healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries. • Proven success leading teams of Territory Managers and front-line sales leaders. • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through disciplined execution and strong people leadership. • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and act on complex sales and market data. • Executive-level communication skills and strong customer presence. • Ability to travel up to 70%, based on business needs.
