• 1 – 3 años de experiencia en un puesto de soporte L1/Service Desk/soporte de aplicaciones. • Italiano fluido e inglés profesional (escrito y hablado). • Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de ticketing/ITSM. • Comprensión básica de los procesos ITIL. • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y mentalidad orientada al servicio al cliente. • Capacidad para seguir procedimientos estructurados de resolución de problemas y estándares de documentación.
