• At least 6 months BPO Experience in a Back Office Account • Proficiency in using MS Excel • Excellent verbal and written English skills • Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns • Strong problem-solving skills • Adaptability to a changing work environment • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Must be residing within **Greater Manila Area** • Willing to work night shift
