• Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other prospecting channels. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives. • Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and industry trends to personalize outreach and increase engagement. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Utilize CRM systems to accurately track prospecting activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions. • Achieve or exceed monthly goals for prospecting activities, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and campaign effectiveness. • Effectively communicate the value of 101VOICE solutions and services to prospective customers. • Handle objections professionally and develop creative approaches to engage decision-makers. • Provide market feedback and prospect insights to sales and leadership teams. • Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and prospecting techniques to maximize results.
• Prior sales experience; cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation experience preferred. • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate complex products and services. • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients. • Resilience and persistence when overcoming objections and handling rejection. • Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and performance goals. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage prospects. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive client experience. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and data analysis. • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities, market conditions, and sales strategies. • Consistently meet or exceed required daily prospecting, outreach, and activity standards. • Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within the CRM. • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
