📋 Description
• Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support; • Analyze and investigate system errors; • Track and follow up on support tickets; • Validate solution parameter configurations; • Configure users, profiles/roles and permissions; • Provide client support and participate in client meetings.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical or higher education in progress (IT, Systems, Administration, or related fields); • Basic understanding of system logic; • Good communication skills; • Analytical, organized and proactive profile; • Nice to have: Experience with technical support or Service Desk; • Knowledge of WFO (Workforce Optimization), HR, timekeeping or payroll systems.
