• Lead the development and continuous evolution of strategic and operational dashboards, integrating multiple data sources (local and regional) to support senior management decision-making. • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes, proposing and implementing scalable solutions that reduce rework and increase analytic efficiency. • Conduct in-depth analyses of operational KPIs and call center performance, anticipating deviations, risks and opportunities, and producing actionable recommendations for business areas. • Plan and execute advanced forecast models (call volume forecasting) on a weekly and monthly basis, considering multiple variables (seasonality, campaigns, strategy changes, etc.). • Ensure governance and integrity of the data used in reports by performing robust quality controls and proactively resolving inconsistencies. • Act as an internal consultant for operations, quality and customer service teams, helping translate business needs into effective data solutions. • Coordinate and be accountable for strategic deliveries in regional forums, actively participating in meetings with stakeholders from different Latin American countries. • Develop technical and functional documentation for implemented data projects. • Apply practical experience in call center planning, with strong knowledge of concepts such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Service Level, SLA, abandonment rate and occupancy to create staffing plans and operational schedules. • Be an agent of continuous improvement, proposing data-driven strategic initiatives to optimize resources, improve performance and drive operational and commercial results.
• Experience with SQL for querying, transforming and analyzing data. • Knowledge of relational and analytical databases, such as PostgreSQL, StarRocks or similar. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or Apache Superset. • Knowledge of Python for data analysis, processing and automation. • Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT and KPI construction. • Familiarity with pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Prefect or equivalent. • Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, dbt, Git and good documentation practices. • Experience with APIs, data quality and pipeline monitoring. • Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, dbt, Google Data Analytics. • Ability to translate business needs into analyses, dashboards and actionable recommendations. • Intermediate Spanish for participation in meetings and alignments with teams across Latin America.
