📋 Description

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable frameworks • Build and optimize RAG pipelines integrating vector databases with LLMs • Develop tool-use and function-calling architectures integrating APIs, internal systems, and external services • Maintain and extend ingestion, transformation, and vector-store update data pipelines • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize and fine-tune LLMs • Integrate Azure AI and GCP Vertex AI into agentic workflows • Implement evaluation, observability, and guardrails for LLM-based systems • Design authentication and authorization handling for multi-agent systems • Design conversational and agentic experiences including chatbots, copilots, and task-automation agents • Evaluate emerging agentic frameworks, orchestration tools, and LLM providers for performance and cost efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or comparable agent orchestration frameworks • Strong understanding of vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval strategies • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models • Experience with Azure AI and GCP Vertex AI • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience designing APIs and integrating agents with existing systems and data sources • Fundamentals or demonstrable proficiency with data pipelines and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery is desirable but not required • Experience with identity and access management in distributed or service-oriented systems • Knowledge of token-based authentication and authorization propagation across service boundaries • Understanding of LLM evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices • Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders • Experience working in modern Agile/Kanban environments • English bilingual proficiency • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is preferred • LangChain/LlamaIndex certifications are preferred • Demonstrable proficiency in agentic development through production-grade code, shipped agentic systems, or an equivalent hands-on portfolio
