📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture • Own feature delivery from design through production, making key technical and architectural decisions • Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems • Solve complex technical challenges by balancing scalability, performance, and business priorities • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automation, and engineering productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Proven experience designing APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system connections • Solid SQL expertise, including schema design, database optimization, migrations, and performance tuning • Demonstrated ownership of features from requirements through production, including architecture and technical decision-making • Experience writing automated tests, debugging, and supporting production applications in startup or small-team environments • Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English • Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder collaboration • Must currently be based in Latin America, as indicated by the required application question
