📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dairy and food manufacturing customers across Victoria • Act as a technical subject matter expert across dairy cleaning and production process applications • Support technical service teams with troubleshooting, product trials and customer projects • Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth • Generate leads through customer engagement, site visits and market activity • Contribute to tenders, proposals, pricing submissions and contract discussions • Work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Product Management teams to deliver customer outcomes • Understand customer operations, troubleshoot challenges and deliver solutions that create long-term value

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within dairy, food, beverage, chemicals or related manufacturing industries • Technical qualifications or industry experience in a relevant discipline • Experience in account management, sales, technical service or customer-facing roles • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • A proactive approach to business development and identifying growth opportunities • Ability to influence, negotiate and engage with customers at multiple levels • Dairy processing or food manufacturing knowledge (highly regarded) • Project management or leadership experience (highly regarded) • Experience supporting technical cleaning or production process applications (highly regarded) • Applicants may undergo police/criminal background checks, medical checks, drug and alcohol testing, and reference checks
