📋 Description

• Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of Power BI reporting solutions across the organization • Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and the wider BI team • Develop, maintain, and support Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models • Use DAX and Power Query to transform and analyze datasets • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports • Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources, including databases and cloud platforms • Develop reporting solutions with PowerON-enabled capabilities • Follow established development standards, governance processes, and best practices • Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, and PowerON implementations • Support performance improvements and troubleshooting reporting issues • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and planning requirements • Communicate technical concepts and insights to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–4 years of experience in Power BI development or similar BI tools • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI • Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling • Experience with SQL and basic data integration concepts • Hands-on experience with PowerON (e.g., Visual Planner or similar) for write-back, planning, or forecasting use cases • Desired Experience working with healthcare data or regulated environments • Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) • Power BI certification (preferred)
