📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional teams on procurement and supply chain projects involving spend analysis, forecasting, and consolidation • Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments to develop TCO and Should Cost models • Present findings to key client stakeholders using presentation, data analytics, and advanced Excel competencies • Facilitate end-to-end sourcing processes, including requirements gathering, demand forecasting, budget baselining, value engineering, RFx development, go-to-market strategy development, and supplier negotiation • Support development of category strategies through spend, supplier, and industry best-practices benchmarking • Support project budget, historical spend, projected versus actual savings, and value delivery tracking • Report and update contracts, change orders, supplier performance dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, supplier risk, and lifecycle management • Manage day-to-day procurement processes, including Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order conversion, Change Order processing, and ad-hoc PO administration • Support ad-hoc sourcing requests and provide timely customer service to internal customers • Participate in client report-outs, process improvement, and data optimization exercises • Take direction from stakeholders at different levels, produce quality work with minimal detailed oversight, and report status to team leads

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Supply Chain / Procurement • 3-10+ years previous supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company • Expert level skills with financial assessments, data assessments, MS Excel (including pivot tables), creating charts and graphs, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations • At least one year of Procure-To-Pay platform experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred • Ability to work creatively and quantitatively in a problem-solving environment • Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Self-starter, multi-task, flexible, demonstrating initiative and confidence • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including formal presentation skills • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills • Adaptable communication ability to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers • Supply chain and procurement assessments: interviewing, modeling and analytics, report writing • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: scoping, market and supplier research, RFx (development, management, and evaluation), negotiations • Internal: benchmarking, client research, proposal development, and other internal projects • Developing technical efficiency with spend assessments and visibility tools to scope opportunity assessments, e.g., create spend assessments, establish baseline spend, and calculate realized savings from sourcing events • Hands on experience on procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa etc. • Sourcing experience in one of the categories such as IT, Professional Services, CAPEX, MRO, Marketing, Facilities Mgmt., Utilities, Logistics, Office Supplies etc.
