• Provide administrative support to multiple ELT members, including C suite support • Manage complex and dynamic calendars across internal and external stakeholders • Book travel for multiple ELT members, to include airfare, car, and hotel bookings or related logistics • Coordinate meetings and calendars • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials • Assist with executive expense management, and handle invoices and payment processing • Draft and respond to executive correspondence and emails on behalf of leadership • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively solve problems before they escalate • Support leaders with special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination • Build strong internal and external relationships to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration • Organize internal and external events and meetings to include: logistics, hotel, car, airfare, meeting itineraries, dinner reservations, etc.
• 4-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Private Equity–backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities • High level of professionalism and discretion • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise required); comfortable learning new technologies and systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize independently with minimal oversight • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and functions • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset • Experience with large scale event planning
