📋 Description

‱ Provide support to our clients via phone, email, remote access and/or chat ‱ During support, diagnose reported issues and deliver accurate solutions ‱ Log incoming tickets in the platform, ensuring client and interaction details are recorded ‱ Advise clients and answer questions about the solutions offered ‱ Participate in trainings and updates focused on personal development and excellence in customer service

🎯 Requirements

‱ Degree in or currently studying Accounting (Accounting Sciences) or related fields ‱ Good communication skills ‱ Basic accounting knowledge ‱ Basic knowledge of fiscal bookkeeping ‱ Basic computer skills ‱ Experience in the tax area (fiscal bookkeeping, SPED EFD and Contributions, DCTF) ‱ Experience in the accounting area (balance sheet, Income Statement - DRE, Statement of Changes in Equity - DMPL, Statement of Retained Earnings - DLPA, cash book, SPED ECD / ECF) ‱ Experience in support/customer service
