📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data, from intake through offer acceptance • Run structured intake meetings and translate technical requirements into search strategies, calibration criteria, and market views • Build and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, open-source communities, technical Slack/Discord groups, conferences, meetups, and AI-assisted sourcing tools • Conduct technical pre-screens assessing technical depth, scope of ownership, and decision-making • Deliver talent market intelligence, competitive mapping, compensation benchmarks, and market feedback • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience • Negotiate and close competitive technical offers • Track funnel conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and pass-through rates to improve recruiting processes • Partner with engineering leadership on interview panels, scorecards, and interviewer training • Drive technical employer branding through job posting optimization, engineering content, social campaigns, and community presence • Own recruiting process logistics from requisition posting through scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding handoff • Contribute to Global People Operations projects and initiatives • Partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across global teams • Report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles (engineering, product, or data) • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese • LatAm technical recruiting experience required, including Mexico, Colombia, and/or Brazil • Demonstrated technical fluency across backend stacks, platform engineering, and product engineering • Proven track record of closing senior and specialized technical hires in a high-growth environment • Advanced sourcing skills using Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, competitive intelligence, and outbound campaigns • Hands-on experience with an ATS and modern sourcing stack, including Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, or HireEZ • Comfort with recruiting data and reporting; able to build and defend a pipeline forecast • Strong consultative skills with engineering hiring managers • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and prioritize multiple competing requisitions • Agile and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift • Collaborative and team oriented, with passion for candidate experience
