📋 Description

• Own Presales Revenue: Execute the presales strategy and hit membership targets ahead of opening • Lead Management & Conversion: Manage all inbound and outbound leads, driving consistent follow-up to convert prospects into founding members • Sales Execution: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage and close prospective clients • Pipeline Management: Track all leads, activity, and sales performance within AXLE CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and adjust approach to maximize conversion • Lead Ownership: Own all presale leads generated through marketing, studio activations, and local outreach, ensuring every prospect is entered into AXLE CRM, followed up with promptly, and moved through the sales pipeline • Studio Partnership: Work in close partnership with the studio team to align on lead generation efforts, visibility into pipeline activity, and timing of member handoff to the studio

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality • Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline • Confident communicator across phone, text, and email • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Self-starter who takes ownership of results
