📋 Description

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the entire portfolio • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership, site leads, and functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor and operational partner • Oversee the management of facilities and services contracts, planned and routine maintenance activities, asset registers, and compliance with all maintenance requirements and statutory obligations • Manage repairs and service requests across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), maintain critical asset registers, and develop specialized maintenance and monitoring programs to protect essential infrastructure • Deliver operational and financial reporting, and ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance across all properties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management with a proven track record of managing multi-site facilities operations in high-security environments • Demonstrated superior stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior external clients and internal teams, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Strong business and financial acumen, including budget management, cost optimization capabilities, and experience handling client sensitivities with sound judgment on escalation • Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) requirements, regulatory compliance frameworks, and vendor management for specialized services • Tertiary qualification in Building, Engineering, Facility Management, or Business Administration preferred, with a self-motivated and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities in rapidly changing situations
