📋 Description

• Lead daily operations for designated area(s) • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery to clients • Provide direct operational support to field teams • Track and report performance metrics • Collaborate with Operations Managers for regional consistency • Streamline projects and processes • Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding of technical staff

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 7 years of technical experience in building engineering • Strong expertise in packaged HVAC equipment repair, refrigeration, maintenance, and overall system design and application • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo or similar) • Understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and building automation • Valid Driver's License • Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification • Trade-specific certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) • Safety certifications (OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR)
