📋 Description

• Delivery of Transaction Management activities such as establishing new tenures. • Support lease administration and finance functions management through budget development and rent-roll reporting • Achieve optimal outcomes for the client’s leasing negotiations by meeting financial and qualitative targets • Engage in key internal and client stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are met • Further support JLL with the client’s transition to technology enabled transaction management • Focus on continuous improvement to efficiently drive better reporting outcomes • Support the Client’s divestment requirements, serving notices, supporting exit negotiations and finalising documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Real Estate/Property/Business/Law) • Background in client facing tenant representation or leasing role • Exposure within telecommunication industry or high-volume real estate portfolio • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines • Ability to maintain, manage and report accurate transaction and financial data across a large, complex portfolio • Experience in utilising lease admin and property management databases • Leads by example and will be an ambassador for JLL through complying with business conduct guidelines
