• Provide administrative support to the company's executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations • Assist with the organization and coordination of company events and meetings • Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, responding to or redirecting as necessary • Maintain and update company databases and records • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations • Other duties as assigned
• Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
