📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence in the region • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to achieve targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention • Lead and develop a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations • Travel within the region as needed to oversee operations and build relationships with clients and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field • 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
