📋 Description

• Advise business owners on how to acquire new employees or contracts using our unique systems • Independently book appointments from warm inbound leads that are ready for your call • Pre-qualify prospects for consultations with our experts using our system validated thousands of times • Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM removes 99% of tedious tasks)

🎯 Requirements

• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn, results-oriented mindset, and desire for continuous development • Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales • Preferably previous experience working in an agency or coaching environment in sales • We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you have some sales experience and a desire to grow with us
