• Representing the SURGERY brand with empathy and dedication is your core responsibility. • This primarily includes sales and clinical support for stapling and energy products. • Your primary working environment is the operating room. • Provide clinical customer support and build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasers and other decision‑makers. • Comprehensive sales and product consultation for existing and new customers. • Conduct product trainings such as laparoscopy courses or hands‑on user trainings. • Plan and coordinate individual continuing education and training programs for customers. • Present current studies and their clinical benefits to end users. • Organize local events and participate in congresses, trade shows and customer events. • Responsibility for sales and territory performance and for total revenue in the defined sales territory. • Expand and win market share in the defined product areas. • Implement product and marketing strategies as well as introduce product innovations. • Reporting and regular territory analyses as well as analysis of customer profiles. • Develop and implement sales and action plans in collaboration with sales management. • Close cooperation and alignment with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Sales experience, ideally in a clinical environment, or training in the OR area or in medical technology • Degree in business administration, health management or natural sciences is an advantage • Confident use of IT tools, especially MS Office • Fluent German and good command of English, spoken and written
