• Strategic AI Integration: You identify and evaluate the latest AI tools and technologies (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, personalization engines) and develop strategies to profitably integrate them across our entire marketing value chain. • Prompt Engineering & Content Innovation: You lead the development and optimization of prompts for AI-powered content generation (text, images, video), ensuring our content is not only efficient but also distinctive and on-brand. • Data Orchestration & Insights: You dive deep into our marketing data. Using AI, you uncover hidden patterns, build predictive models of customer behavior, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable marketing strategies. • Future-Ready Campaigns: You design, plan, and optimize data-driven, AI-enabled marketing campaigns across all channels (social media, search advertising, SEO, email, etc.), experiment with hyper-personalization and advanced A/B testing at scale. • Knowledge Transfer & Enablement: You act as our internal AI evangelist. You train and empower your marketing colleagues to use AI tools effectively and ethically and promote a culture of experimentation. • Ethical AI Development: You critically assess the ethical implications of our AI deployments, identify potential bias, and actively contribute to developing policies for responsible AI use. • Brand & Experience Architect: You leverage AI to gain deeper insights into our target audiences and create highly personalized brand experiences that delight and retain customers.
• Solid marketing expertise: You bring a strong foundation in digital marketing (degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or comparable training/practical experience). • Passion for AI & tech affinity: You’re not only curious about AI but have already gained practical experience with Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Bard) or machine learning tools. • Ideally, you have basic knowledge in data analysis or scripting (e.g., Python). • Analytical and conceptual strength: You enjoy interpreting data, recognizing relationships, and developing innovative strategies from insights. • Creativity & willingness to experiment: You think outside the box and are not afraid to try new approaches, test hypotheses, and learn from failures. • Communication & appetite for knowledge: You can explain complex technical concepts clearly and have the drive to continuously learn and share your knowledge. • Initiative & hands-on mentality: You don’t wait for instructions—you contribute proactively, propose solutions, and take ownership of implementation. • Ethical awareness: Responsible handling of data and technology is a given for you.
